Delete your Rasoi account
Two ways to do it, and exactly what goes when you do.

If you still have Rasoi
Open Settings → Your data → Delete everything. It asks once, and then it is done — no email, no waiting, and nobody here has to action it. Take an export first if you want a copy: it is the tap above, and once the delete has run there is nothing left to export.
If you have already uninstalled it
Write to contact@rasoi.io from the address you signed in with, and say you want your Rasoi account deleted. Sending it from that address is what lets us match the request to the account without asking you for anything else. A person does it by hand and writes back to say it is done — within 30 days, and in practice much sooner.
Everything your household has in Rasoi.
Not archived, not anonymised and kept — erased.
Everything your kitchen holds
Your pantry and its items, every dish you keep, the meal log, your diet rules and preferences, your chat with the assistant, and your invitations. If you are the only account left in the household, the household goes with you and so does everything in it.
Your account itself
Your name, your email address and the link to your Google account. Signing in again afterwards starts a new household from scratch, or joins one that has invited you since.
Two things outlive a delete.
Both are named on the privacy page too. Neither is your kitchen.
The record of sign-in attempts
Every attempt to sign in to Rasoi — successful or refused, with the address used — is kept in a place Rasoi itself has no credentials to read back or erase. That is what makes it a security log rather than a convenience, and it is the one thing deleting your data does not remove.
What you posted to the requests board
Your votes go, and your name comes off anything you wrote. The words stay, because other people's votes and replies hang off them — the board is the one screen in Rasoi you post to in public, on purpose.
One exception, stated up front: deleted data can sit in an encrypted backup for up to about six months before the last copy holding it is pruned.

This is the address to write to, and a person reads it. What is stored in the first place is on the privacy page.
